The company came into business in 1985 with the establishment of Competent Automobiles at Connaught Place, Delhi, as an authorised Maruti Suzuki Arena showroom.

Presently, the company has nineteen showrooms & thirteen workshops in Delhi, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh dealing in different Maruti Suzuki channels. In Delhi NCR, the company has five showrooms and three workshops. With a vision to set a benchmark in customer delight, the company has succeeded in selling approximately 27,000 cars in a year and servicing approximately more than 1,60,000 cars.
